Bornholm Development Ltd. is renting a number of apartments around the Central Helsinki area with excellent transport connections. Minimum rent period is one week. You do not need deposits or commisions, the thing we require is that the rent is paid in advance.

Apartments are mainly for two to three people with all the commodities including:

* washing machine (not incl in all the apartments)
* microwave oven, coffee maker
* tv
* cooking facility (not incl in all the apartments)
* fridge
* iron and ironing board
* furniture
* bedlinen and towels
